On-boarding

Metaprise supports smooth sign-up and registration for financial institutions.

1. Clients will receive the invitation email to fill their profile information.

   

2. Metaprise conduct the underwriting including IDV, KYB, KYC, CDD, EDD and approve the on-boarding.

3. Clients receive the onboarding approved email and set their password.

   

Configuration

1. Clients access the client portal dashboard using the customized domain.

   

2. Clients set their own logo, branding and policy.

   

3. Clients set the email address using to send notification email to their merchant.

   

4. Clients set the team member and roles.
