Web Dashboard

Learn how to use the web version of the Metaprise Dashboard.

The Metaprise Dashboard is the user interface where you manage and configure your account. Use the Dashboard to navigate to account resources, invite team members, monitor your integration, and so on.

If you don’t have access to the Dashboard, activate your account.


Navigation: Top left

The top left navigation is where you can access and act on information related to your transactions, products, and customers.


AutoPilot

The AutoPilot page offers streamlined and efficient solution for managing your financial transactions and account activities. With this innovative autopilot feature, you can sit back and let our intelligent system handle the routine tasks, freeing up your time to focus on the more important aspects of your business.


Dashboard

The Dashboard page offers analytics and charts about your business performance and shows recent actions needed, like unpaid bill or high risk customers.


Accounts

Collection Account

You can open your own Collection Account, Currently we support USD, GBP, EUR and CAD to open account.

Global Account

You can view your available Global Account.

Transactions

You can view all your transactions here and search transaction through specific payment type or status.

Transfer

Transfer supports creating transactions that convert from one currency into another.


AR

Accounts Receivable (AR) refers to the money owed to a company by its clients for products or services that have been delivered but have yet to be paid for by the clients. The core AR objects are Customer , Item and Invoice.

Customers

Use Customers to create and manage customer profiles. You can see information about your existing customers, including their accounting details, and use filters to locate specific customers. Click a customer’s name to see more details, including subscriptions, payments, payment methods, invoices, and quotes.

Product Item

Use Product Item to create and manage products and prices for your business. Click a product name to see more details.


Tax

Use Tax to set tax rate applied to calculate tax liability. Clients could also add new tax based on their business demand.


Invoice

Automatically charge your customer’s payment method on file, or email them the invoice with or without a link to a payment page. You can also send the invoice or payment page link manually.


AP

Accounts Payable (AP) are the funds that your organization owes individuals or businesses that supply goods or services. The core AP objects are Vendor and Bill.

Vendors

Use Vendors to create and manage vendor profiles. You can see information about your existing vendors, including their accounting details, and use filters to locate specific vendor. Click a vendor's name to see more details, including subscriptions, payments, payment methods, bills, and quotes.

Account

Use Account to track money coming in (income or revenue) and going out (expenses). Clients could also create a new account based on their business demand.

Bills

Bills allows you to manage and configure your billing and subscription-related information, such as creating, customizing bills for specific customers, and managing subscriptions, generating revenue reports.


Withdraw

Withdraw allows you to move funds across the globe easily to your suppliers, employees, contractors and/or own bank accounts. As a platform, you can bring your customers onto Metaprise and enhance your product offering by creating withdraw transaction on their behalf.


Settings

Profile

Clients could view their onboarding profile submitted at any time.

Security

Clients could set their 2FA at any time and enable the backup key based on their business demand. Clients could also reset password frequently to make sure the login safety.


Team

You can invite team members to access the Dashboard and help manage your business. Each of them can have different levels of access. For example, you can allow members of your customer service team to access your Dashboard for the purpose of handling refunds and dispute responses.


Emails

Add the email addresses from which you send customer emails. You can use these addresses as the 'From' addresses.


Integration

Metaprise platform supports seamless ERP integration with major third-party accounting software, such as QuickBooks, Xero, Netsuit, Sage and Hubspot, enabling automatic synchronization of invoice and bill data. This feature allows users to easily manage financial processes, ensuring data consistency and accuracy.
